Order confirmation

Occasions of West Street Limited will send you an order confirmation via email. We will contact you promptly if there is a problem found with your order. We are able to cancel or amend your order up until the time of dispatch if you wish to do so. This however does not apply to personalised or made to order items once they have been made. If you wish to cancel a made to order item we will need written confirmation within 48 hours of your order being placed, following this date your order cannot be cancelled.

Pre order dates

Any dates alongside items that have been specified as pre order are an estimate given to us. The dates are provided from the supplier and are subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances which in consequence cause delays. Circumstances such as these occur outside of our control. We will apologise in advance for any delay that could incur and promise to do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Methods of Payment

Occasions of West Street Ltd. accepts payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major debit/credits cards including American Express.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Where applicable the prices of a product includes the VAT. This is charged at the rate of 20%. This is relevant for the UK including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, excluding the Republic of Ireland and all EEC member states.
